Shopflow was born at Glaser Instruments in the Berry Hill neighborhood of Nashville, TN - where we're still based today. It's the brainchild of Joe Glaser (Owner) who has always been an innovative repair person and wanted a better way to manage the work flowing through his busy professional shop.
With input from his employees and several other shops, the first version of Shopflow was created as a basic work order maker that made it easy to track the who, what, when, where, why, and how much.It has become a game-changer for our customers. Insights from Shopflow about pricing and financial reporting turned several smaller shops into serious outfits.
