Dr. Jack Kotlarz specializes in the practice of Ear Nose and Throat problems and Facial Plastic Surgery. He attended Syracuse University, majoring in biology and psychology graduating summa cum laude. After serving in the Army for three years he attended medical school at the University of Illinois in Chicago.

Dually board certified in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Otolaryngology, Dr Kotlarz has over 20 years experience providing a full spectrum of facial cosmetic surgery. What is a VISIA? A VISIA Skin Analysis session that captures key visual information for six areas affecting skin complexion health and appearance: wrinkles, spots, pores, evenness, bacteria in pores, UV spots and photodamage.
