Carbon Conversions
Carbon Conversions re-Evo brand of products offers a cost effective and lightweight solution for the Latitude 7300 AE. Carbon Conversions has developed a one-of-a-kind process for recycling carbon fiber-reinforced components. Until now there has been no way to do this. Many landfills require premium pricing to take scrap containing carbon fibers.

This has been a costly problem for the industry. Carbon Conversions has the solution. We take the carbon fiber reclaimed from scrapped parts and apply it to create advanced materials. These materials are used to manufacture new, high-performance parts. Carbon fiber is prized for the durability, strength, stiffness and light-weighting qualities it brings to products.

About Us
Report
Carbon Conversions recycles carbon fiber-reinforced parts. We incorporate reclaimed carbon fibers in advanced materials that are used to make new, high-performance components. Our engineers work with manufacturers to influence designs so that their products are designed with future reclamation of carbon materials built in.
Closing the Loop
Report
Give us the carbon fiber waste products. We'll extract the carbon fiber and sell it back to you in various forms for less than than you would otherwise procure it. Purchase our carbon fiber products. We'll recycle it at end of life or when disposal is necessary, helping you avoid steep landfill costs.
Products
Report
Almost any product can be manufactured from a carbon fiber foundation, but plastics are particularly easy to produce. The material is inexpensive, durable but lightweight-ideal for high performance parts. We strip carbon fiber down to a discontinuous state and provide it in various forms to accommodate nearly every composite process used in manufacturing.
Process
Report
It's likely that you could be saving money on materials to create a product of equal durability, strength and quality. Carbon fiber is incredibly industrious, often an option that can be substituted in your manufacturing process-and/or used to create new products-especially when recycled. Switching to carbon fiber isn't just about your balance sheet.
Facility
Report
Our recycling and manufacturing operations take place in a 50,000 square-foot facility in Lake City, South Carolina. We are located within a South Carolina Hub Zone with easy access to transportation. The current facility has ample room for a planned expansion. In keeping with our environmentally friendly products and processes, our Lake City facility is designed and managed to have a low impact on the environment.
