Dr. Rodney D. Littlejohn is a native of Seneca Falls and a graduate of Mynderse Academy. He is also a graduate of St. Bonaventure University. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery with honors from Georgetown University School of Dentistry in 1979, and completed a one-year dental residency at Rochester General Hospital.

Last March/April, Littlejohn & Barbi Orthodontics hosted two Red Cross Babysitting Courses. Dr. Rod & Dr. Liz sponsor part of the sign-up fee for patient participants, and also provide a light breakfast and pizza lunch for everyone! It's been a great experience.from the Photo Shoot, to the selection of photos, to the Big Reveal at our reception!

We have been going to Littlejohn & Barbi since my son was in first grade when our dentist discovered some issues that could effect him later on. I’ve always heard great news about dr little John’s office but actually going there was beyond my expectations. As soon as you walk in your greeted with smiles and a positive energy. Kassie and Katrina are so quick, knowledgeable and time efficient. My son and I look forward to the next few years with them and their outstanding care . Love love love this office! I saw Dr Littlejohn as a kid, and now I bring my kids there! Every visit is fun. There are even refreshments, which is a great bonus :) Everyone is always so nice, cheery, they really make my kids feel good about their visits. This office is extremely friendly as well as professional. They made my child feel very comfortable and even gave him a little treat afterwards for the good work he was doing with his orthodontics. Very friendly environment! The professionalism is exceptional! Great staff interactions from the moment you walk in! Never had a bad interaction from any staff, from the front desk to the back! You are greeted by every team member you walk by and everyone is ALWAYS smiling! Doctors Rod and Lisa are both amazing. My questions and concerns were addressed appropriately.
