Quiet and well kept. A great place for staying a night or a couple of months. Great location for retired people or young people.

This is a new, securely gated RV park. The owners are still adding some of the advertised features, like the lazy river and the miniature golf course. A very clean and quiet park. Spots are of ample size, nicely graveled and level. Lots of mature trees but no low hanging branches. We had plenty of room for our 44 foot Alliance Valor 42v13 and F-450 dually. All employees are very nice. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place near Galveston or Houston.

Awesome place to stay. Owners and management are awesome. The atmosphere of the park is very calm and relaxing . They are doing some pretty cool things that will surely put them on the map for a "must go" vacation. 5 stars does not compliment the place enough!

They are in process, June 2021, of making a really good property...new pool, security fence gated key pad entrance, brush cleaning property border areas, and more. All the RV sites are wide and long. Was hot and humid during our stay but breeze gets through. Facilities clean and new. We were there for 2 weeks and will stay there again when in the area.

HONEST REVIEW : It was an horrible experience.
I traveled for work at ineos during the beginning of covid times, I chose this campground bc it was close to my job. When it rained, it got muddy due to it not being paved. We had to walk through deep puddles just to get to the door in which tracked lots of mud in the camper. When I asked the owner for a solution he did little to make it better. There were bugs all over the campground. In the laundry room, shower facility, and bc of the trees all around the camper and began to get in it. I’ve stayed in many campgrounds and never had this issue.

The young woman working at the front desk is SO nice and helpful! She says she is new, but she's doing an excellent job.
I wish we could say the same for the owners. They never once acknowledged or spoke to us, not even with a friendly wave.
This park is secluded and very quiet and private, which we definitely liked.
However, for a fairly new park, it reads old. There seem to be no attempts at upgrades, though the trees get trimmed. Grass is rarely cut. The main building and facilities are very nice, but that is it. The sites are gravel and gritty sand, which tracks in, especially if it rains

Love this RV site.. it is set in a beautiful oak tree surrounding and very quite. We stayed over a month and had easy access to Alvin, Friendswood as well as the other greater Houston areas. Highly recommended!!!
