My family has bought over 15 cars from Barnett. From jeeps to Kia's. Best service in town. They take very good care of their staff as well. There are still several staff members there from when we got our first Jeep when I was 10 years old. Not the normal high turn over dealership. They always took very good care of my single mother. There is no better place in the metro to buy a car. 30 years of great service to our family.

I had written a review here before, but it appears to be gone now. I came back to add to my previous comments, but I guess I will sum it up again. I purchased my first "new" car here about 20 months ago. It was the worst experience I've had making any significant purchase. The sales person was extremely rude and unhelpful, but I was so excited to be buying my first new car that I looked past it. In hindsight, I should have seen it as a red flag for this awful company and looked elsewhere for my dream car. I was shocked when I went to drive my car home for the first time and it was

We bought our first Grand Cherokee from Rick five years ago. Since that time we relocated across the country and moved back to MN recently. We needed another Jeep and reconnected with Rick who treated us well and gave us an awesome deal. He even personally delivered the Jeep to our home because he knew the Jeep was for my wife who is battling breast cancer. He made this vehicle purchase an exceptional experience for our family and we are thankful for him.

Very poor service
Went Into buy a truck .
Bought a used one . A 2015 Dodge Ram 15 bighorn. Very nice truck...
Paid cash for half and financed the rest.
Looked at the truck before I bought it
The next day I went to pick it up did all the paper work. And notice big scratches on it. And also the interior was dirty with pet hair. They said they were going to clean and detail it did not happen. Truck was a mess. Then one of the spare keys did not work . Then I noticed it did not come with the tonneau cover like it said it did in the paper work. And rear tow hooks. Sales guy first told me it did not
