Requirements and Cost
Report
Flying more often and more regularly can speed up flight training, as can diligent home study habits and using training aids like flight simulator software. There are many factors that can affect the cost of your flight training such as: frequency of training, prior preparation, and weather. Each person is different with regards to how much time and money it takes to obtain their private pilot certificate.
Scheduling
Report
Customers can book appointments for any time a flight instructor shows availability. A typical flight is a two hour block with the aircraft, approximately one to one and half hours of flight time. Longer flight blocks will be used later in training for cross-country operations. It is recommended that pilots try to schedule flight lessons at least twice per week.
