What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations within 2 hours of appointments incur a $20 fee. No-shows will be charged the same amount to be applied toward future visits.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes, we provide both physical and electronic gift certificates for all services and retail products. Available in customizable denominations.

Can you accommodate large groups?

We offer special event bookings for groups of 20+ with customized scheduling options. On-site services are available with advance arrangements.

I've been here 4 times and haven't been disappointed. I recommend Sarah S. She takes her time and does a great job. The place is clean and conveniently located.

Absolutely awful. This was my first time to Dapper House Barber and the last. The Barber left my hair uneven, full of loose long hairs, and never followed any correction or wishes I asked. I stopped at the first opportunity, paid, and immediately walked over to another shop in town. Id be extremely hesitant to tell anyone to risk going here.

I just got the impression when I was running late (outside of my control) that I was an inconvenience. That their policy states that the stylist can decide if you're running late whether or not you'll get the same service, seems excessive. As a customer running late, I already feel pressure to tip more for being late, or anticipate that my stylist is going to rush, but to say I won't get a service I'm asking for, doesn't quite make sense. I get it, you need to set expectations, and make sure people don't take advantage. But maybe provide a little buffer room. For

Its not too often I let a woman get close to my face with scissors or clippers. But after getting several consistent and perfect haircuts with Sydney, I let her cut my beard. She took it from homeless looking to respectable. Every haircut and beard trim has been spot on. She listens, is easy to talk with, and gives the same haircut for me every time. The barbershop is comfortable and welcoming, and I've never been treated better anywhere else. If the owners or management see this, you might as well give her a paid day off or an extra hour for lunch. She's earned it and kept my business.
