I will help you choose the instrument that best fits your needs and desires. First of all, if you don't have a Trust, probate can cost your family a minimum of $2,500 in various fees, and tie them up in 6 months of paperwork and red tape.

A special needs child is usually the subject of a special needs trust. The big distinction is if you have a special needs child autism, Down Syndrome or other types of disabilities then they're frequently as they grow up going to be placed in some kind of statefunded housing and/or job training.
