Robert J. Weber P.C
No matter the case type, my mission is always to guide people toward clearer, healthier futures - for their sake and the sake of their loved ones. From the moment I first meet with you, you won't be rushed. Rather, you'll be educated on your options, guided toward solutions, and encouraged to ask questions.

After so many decades of experience, I'm going to have suggestions on the best way to proceed with your case. Ultimately, though, it's your decision that's important. As I get to know you, I will constantly be brainstorming a strategy to fit your circumstances. When it's time to move your case forward, we'll look at that plan together.

About Me
Report
When I headed off to college in 1962, I had every intention of completing my four years and then becoming a teacher. But it seems life had a very different plan for me. My vision for the future started to change during my junior year at Arizona State. It was then that I married my high school sweetheart.

Wills
Report

Don't let the sound of "Estate Plan" paralyze you - call today and we will start with your Will. First of all, if you don't have a Will, probate is going to cost your family a minimum of $2,500 and probably 6 months of paperwork.
Trusts
Report
No, not at all. Often, just owning a home is enough to merit a Trust. There are many kinds of trusts, and this is one place where you don't want a "one size fits all" approach. I will help you choose the instrument that best fits your needs and desires. First of all, if you don't have a Trust, probate can cost your family a minimum of $2,500 in various fees, and tie them up in 6 months of paperwork and red tape.
Special Needs Trust
Report
A special needs child is usually the subject of a special needs trust. The big distinction is if you have a special needs child autism, Down Syndrome or other types of disabilities then they're frequently as they grow up going to be placed in some kind of statefunded housing and/or job training. Say you created a regular trust, and that you had three children, one that has special needs.
