My laptop stopped charging, so I took it to Best Buy, where I originally purchased it, and the Geek Squad was not able to help me because the computer would not turn on. They suggested I either send the laptop to HP to try to get it fixed under the original warranty (which had JUST expired) or try purchasing a new battery and going from there. Before doing all that, my husband decided to take my laptop to a local repair place for a second opinion. I am so glad he took it to ADU Computer Repair! They found the issue (damage due to an electrical surge) and repaired my computer quickly for a great

I was very pleased with the service I received from ADU. They diagnosed the issue, clearly explained my options, and completed the repair quicker than anticipated - even during a holiday week! ADU is the real deal. I had a host of severe issues with my computer, printer and related devices and ADU examined, repaired then tuned everything up within 48 hours. I could not be happier with the results.
