After 15 years of working as a journalist, Dr. Melissa Gray realized she needed to make a change-a radical one. She returned to school, graduating in 2009 from the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham, AL. Dr. Gray completed her residency at Montgomery Family Medicine Residency Program to become board-certified in Family Medicine.
Since 2012, she has gone on to build an extensive patient base as a physician at Waddell Center Family Medicine in Athens. She also serves as Associate Director of Amedisys Hospice Care in Huntsville. For several years, she worked with clients in Madison, injecting fillers and Botox and prescribing weight loss medications.
