We worked with Chris Eby last summer in our attempt to buy a condo in Breckenridge. Being from Florida, it was important to have a realtor who would work hard for us. Much of the preview g was done by internet, with Chris doing a preview of any listing that looked promising. Even though we were looking in a seller's market, we were able to get a contract on our second visit to Breck. That's when the real work began. Chris did an amazing job of representing us during contract negotiations all the way through closing. We ciuld not have asked for better representation..

We hired Buyer's Resource/EBY Real Estate to assist us with a mountain home purchase in Breckenridge. As a true buyer's representative, Todd Sandaval was able to negotiate in our best interest without any conflict of interest that may happen with normal realtors. Todd was also able to pre-screen some properties to make the house hunting as efficient as possible.
