When they found a issue with the title they completely dropped everything and we had to find another title company which doing so we found they hadnt done there job with several things. Wouldnt recommend.

I don't write a ton of reviews, but man was this place rude and unprofessional. I was inquiring about a 1031 exchange and they offered the service but didn't seem to be very knowledgable about it. I was purchasing a house via an assignable contract, and the person on the phone got super short and hung up on me saying they don't do those closings, despite the fact that I was never asking them to do the closing, only provide the 1031 exchange service.
