Staff is nice enough, but when they received my replacement mirror and i pulled in to have it installed they discovered the wrong part was shipped to them by the supplier. I work seasonally at cedar point where i only get one day off a week, and their supplier's negligence has given me at least an additional 6 days of being unable to get my mirror replaced! I am also upset about the obnoxiously large concrete barriers in what i suppose are parking spots. My car tapped one, but luckily a car wash should fix me up. (No penalty for this). Went here to get a broken rear window in a 2018 Jeep Renegade fixed because of an unfortunate landscapering accident and also it was the lowest price in town. About 100 cheaper than the "big guys." I was supposed to get a clear glass installed but instead the supplier sent the wrong glass. To my dismay, it was a privacy glass. So it was arranged that I would get the privacy one installed and swap it out until the correct one arrived. No big deal for me. That was not good enough for Randy. The owner is very rude. He said because we normally have a different glass company do our work that he is not going to bend over backwards for us and wants no part of doing repairs for us. He has zero customer service skills and has a very bad attitude.
