Broad Street Barbershop was started in 1987 with two barber chairs in a very small room in the back of the shop. Since then, we have expanded to 6 chairs and currently have 9 woman working with us. We have had 3 owners in the last 33 years, and has been woman owned since 1992. Every barber that works at Broad Street is a master in their skill.

We'll trim your beard just how you like it. Additionally, we'll use hot towels and a straight razor so your lines are extra fresh and last longer. A relaxing 30 minute service. Hot towels, hot lather, and a straight razor shave with your hair growth, and then across your hair growth. While you still don't need an appointment, We ask that you arrive before 3 o'clock Monday- Friday and before 1 o'clock Saturdays.

Originally from Maine, Jen moved to Charleston 10 years ago and started at Broad Street Barbershop shortly after. She's been licensed since 2005 and after barbering for nearly 10 years decided to buy the shop in 2018. If shes not at the shop you can find her on Folly Beach or hanging out with her family.
