Prompt, professional, and personable ... that is Tim from NorCal Refinishing. The quality of workmanship, the 'do what's best for the customer' approach, and the quiet unassuming approach to doing the best job possible are the supporting pillars of Nor Cal Refinishing. With the repair of one bathtub and the install of a step-though cut-out in another, we can not be more pleased. Sincere thanks for jobs very well done!

Tim did such an amazing job reglazing my tub (circa 1940) & tile surround (circa 1960). It looks STUNNING - glossy bright white. He was so easy to work with, really cool guy, and the result of the finish is spectacular. Highly recommend!

My rental house had a 70 year old bath tub that had a few dings in it. I was under a time crunch to get it refinished with tenants moving in within a week. Tim was quick to respond to my call. His description of what he would do was complete and reassuring. He was responsive to all my texts and questions. He moved his schedule around to accomodate my timing needs. I am so glad I went with him. He did fantastic work and gave a 5 year warranty. He was very professional and has high work standards. I would highly recommend him.

I recently have suffered severe knee pain due to overuse and age. I'm awaiting full knee replacement. Sadly, it's impossible for me to get into our tub to take a shower. I was so excited to find Tim Roberts of NorCal Refinishing. Today he converted part of our tub into an easily accessible step in for me. It looks fantastic. He did a wonderful job and I can't wait until I'm able to finally take a shower. Thank you Tim. You're worth every star. I'd give you 10 if they were available.

This is the second home where we have used Tim to refinish the tub/shower. As usual Tim arrived on time, sized up the job and got started. When he was done, the tub sparkled. Definitely recommend Nor Cal Refinishing for a bathroom makeover.
