I have order rentals from Heirloom 3 separate times and all have been an exceptional experiences. This last time they really stepped their game up. I made an error and got my pick up day mixed up and thought it was on a day they were actually closed. When I called they got back to me and arrange a special pick up while closed!! Saved our holiday! We would have had 14 people and no where to sit. My order was small and they could have easily not gone out of their way especially since the fault was mine, but they did. This is why I shop local!! I cannot recommend their service enough. Also, they have

We recently used JRB for our wedding in Marshall and rented tables, chairs, glassware, linens and a few random items (chaffing dish, coolers). I cannot say enough nice things about Heidi and the team at JRB. They were prompt in responding, patient with last minute order changes and flexible with scheduling. They're the best!
