We understand the frustration of pet-people that value a better world for their dogs or cats. No one wants to have their fur-baby treated like they are part on an assembly line.
We know that for many years; the big companies have focused more on productive quantity (how many animals they can groom in a day), as opposed to the quality of care provided to the individual animal (accounting for anxieties). This is me some years ago, learning a trade that I did not realize would become my passion and profession.
