Formerly known as simply PDGA (Pacific Diving and Gymnastics Academy) USA, we have decided to split our gymnastics and diving programs into. We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that has been dedicated to the enrichment of youths ages 3-18 years of age in the sports of diving and gymnastics since 2004.

Junior Olympic (JO) gymnastics is a competitive program run by USA Gymnastics (the governing body for gymnastics in the United States), for American athletes interested in many types of gymnastics. The Women's Junior Olympic Program has two major groups: Compulsory and Optional. The difference between Optional and Compulsory is the type of routines they can perform.
Diving

This program is for both those learning to dive and novices who are just starting out and/or do not have a simple 1M competitive list. Diving Team is designed for our JO and Novice divers who do not want to commit as much time as those on the National Team. This group is for divers with a J.O. skill set who want to be at the National and International level.
Birthday Parties
Report
Birthday parties typically last about two hours, with time split between playing in the gym and spending time in the lobby with food, cake, and gifts! Our parties are perfect for groups of experienced gymnasts as well as those with no gymnastics experience whatsoever! Parents are welcome to stay and watch their children have fun, but parents are not allowed on the gym equipment.
