Acupuncture is awesome at relieving both acute and chronic pain conditions. It is helpful in immediate pain relief and over time can totally minimize the pain from injury or over/under use. During the first appointment, I will conduct a full health history interview. I will ask you questions about your symptoms, health and lifestyle. I will also feel your pulses and look your tongue. Depending on the reason for your visit. I may conduct a physical exam. The information I gather is then organized to create a complete, accurate and comprehensive diagnosis.

Most Acupuncture treatments include some Shiatsu Massage. Each Treatment may also include Cupping, Moxibustion, or Gua Sha if therapeutically indicated. Patients who are new to Luminous Life Acupuncture are required to have an initial appointment. I will conduct a thorough intake and review of systems.
