The attitude of the staff here was too professional. They just want to know how much money they can make from a client. If you are willing to pay whatever they ask, they became polite. If you refuse or try to negotiate, they can be quite rude.

We needed the water tested for drinking in our resort. OEC was amazing! They provided prompt and efficient service. They are really professional and they get the job done in a short amount of time. This is a company you can rely on. The staff is excellent. They treated us with respect and they were extremely kind. I highly recommend their services!

Staff and Service here is excellent. Provides results in a timely, and accurate, manner. I'm not sure why the other reviews are stating things such as incomplete data and how they discriminate small business. I've only ever been treated with kindness and respect, and incomplete data doesn't make any sense to me. How can it be incomplete if it's released back to, data is given back only once its complete...

I worked here for only a short time before I decided that all my efforts and hard work weren't appreciated by the company. All the management do was nag us into performing better as if we're slacking. They don't know how to recognize hardworking employees. It was demotivating when the company you work for don't see the value you give to them.

I worked for OEC for almost a year - until I left to care for a family member during the pandemic. I'm shocked by the bizarre negative reviews, which are clearly not based in reality. OEC is a highly professional organization which has maintained its success by focusing on the quality & continual development of its human & technical resources, adherence to protocols, attention to detail, & knowledgeable, involved, responsive management. Please don't rely on the spammy reviews, but rather contact the company directly for professional references.

Our company is fairly new in working with Oilfield. The staff has always been slow to respond to our questions, emails and messages. Turn around test results are also slow and the reports are limited and incomplete. I will not recommend them and will not be using them again for all our oil sampling.
