I've never written a review for a business before, but after a few days of reflecting, I decided my feelings about my experience were valid and this could be seen as constructive criticism. This was an awful experience. My stylist was incredibly rude, nearly got bleach in my eye, and cared more about her Instagram photos than she did about whether I was happy or not with the result. I left both shocked and disappointed. I do not recommend this salon to anyone.

My husband and I go here for massages and both times have been fantastic! We have had the chance to get massages by Megan, Jen, and Katie. All three were awesome and professional. They make it so calm and relaxing. 100% recommend!

Went to Jen for a prenatal massage and it didn't disappoint! The atmosphere was very relaxing and most importantly they had a pregnancy massage table which makes prenatal massages so much more enjoyable.

When I get a massage, I'm there to walk out feeling 10 times better than when I walk in. This place does just that. I have had back neck pain and every time I get a massage from Centre Street Spa and Wellness, I leave feeling great. One time I pinched a nerve during the work day and they saw me later that evening and I was even able to go for a run later on because they helped calm my pinched nerve that fast. It's also always very clean inside and I appreciate a clean place, especially when I'm trying to relax.

Such an unprofessional salon. Came here for a bachelorette party and received a manicure and pedicure and was forced to pay for services that I did not receive, resulting in a charge of over $160. It would not have been as shocking had they told me before while I was waiting for over 2 hours. The manager was very uncooperative, and did not assist me nor others in the bridal party at all. In addition to the monetary discrepancy, the area for the pedicures consisted of hard bench style seating and was not up to par with other salons in portage or Kalamazoo. Please go elsewhere and save your hard
