Services
Pest Control
We offer comprehensive residential and commercial pest control services targeting ants, spiders, roaches, fleas, and wasps. Our treatments include monthly or bi-monthly chemical applications, rodent bait monitoring, and one-time interventions using EPA-registered products. Technicians employ glue boards, snap traps, and bait boxes to eliminate infestations while minimizing environmental impact.
Termite Control
Our termite management includes Sentricon bait systems, localized chemical treatments, and whole-house fumigation. Subterranean termite solutions involve trenching, wall void injections, and soil treatments using Termidor or Premise Foam. Drywood termite control options include physical removal, fumigation, or targeted chemical applications tailored to infestation severity and property structure.
Rodent Exclusion
This service begins with a $125 inspection identifying entry points in attics, crawl spaces, and foundations. Exclusion methods include steel wool sealing, metal screening, and polyurethane foam application, guaranteed for one year. We address infestations of house mice, Norway rats, and roof rats, which pose health risks through contamination and structural damage.
Termite Inspection
We conduct full wood-destroying organism inspections for real estate transactions, costing $240300 based on property size. Limited inspections confirm active infestations with treatment bids, while dry rot evaluations include photographic documentation. Tools include moisture meters, infrared cameras, and The Prober invented by our president Brian Wickstrom.
Tree and Rose Care
Annual treatments combat aphids, whiteflies, and scale insects on ornamental trees and roses. Soil drenches with insecticide-fertilizer blends protect smaller plants, while Arborjet trunk injections deliver systemic chemicals to large trees. This service prevents honeydew secretions that damage vehicles and structures while preserving landscape aesthetics.

Update; I was called by the manager and he apologized for the lack of service and changed my technician. I was pleased to get a call and appreciated the concern.

Always on time and ZERO rodent/bug issues. When I have brought concerns for other insects, I have always been met with the utmost care and concern. Damien is always personable, says hi to the kids and I feel as if he cares about my house as much as we do. Thanks Damien!
