I am appalled at this company. They were picked by our insurance company USAA to clean damage to our home. The owner, Stephen Lautzenhiser demanded payment 2 days after they were done knowing that it was an insurance claim and that USAA would be paying them. His workers left the area with dozens of nails sticking out from the floor, metal corner beads ripped apart and sticking out from the walls and pieces of drywall and sub flooring everywhere. Then after he received his check from USAA he needed us to endorse it and asked to leave it at the house. When he came to drop it off, he actually walked

We had a broken pipe. Within an hour of our call, the owner was here to give us a fair price, and his crew arrived about 2 hours later to start the drying process. The final bill was the same as the estimate. The owner did a lot of the work himself, and his crew was very professional. They limited tear-out, and our general contractor was pleased with their work. We would use them again
