On Christmas Eve, I'm calling around to see if there is any place that can fix one of my mother's hearing aids. Adam offered to make a special trip to the office to see if he could help. In a matter of minutes he had checked and cleaned them both. He definitely has a new client.

I was given a month FREE trial to see if the aids really did help. No haggle price and they worked to get the best price. Great training and follow up.
