Michael Fortado

I grew up in Flower Mound, TX and went to Marcus High School where I played basketball and football. I graduated from University of Arkansas with a degree with Supply Chain Management. After college I thought my next step was going to be law school until I got an opportunity to work in an insurance office of a family friend.

I have family members who are insurance agents so they gave me a lot of guidance with this decision. Working in the insurance office as an agent aspirant taught me how to find the auto insurance, home insurance, life insurance and renter's insurance that fits the customer's circumstance. After being awarded Agent Aspirant of the year in 2016, I knew my path was leading me to open my own agency.
