What's Included

The following is included in our standard Simple Cremation Package and provided to all customers. We send you all the forms and authorizations you will need via email or fax for your convenience. This allows you to complete the process from anywhere, even if you don't live locally. A cremation permit is required through the medical examiner in the county the death occurred.

Obtain and Mail Death Certificates to you (Does not include county clerk certificate fees). Place a Death Notice in the Newspaper of your choice (limit of 60 words or less, does not include obituary fees from the newspaper).
