Young ( his customers knew him as Jack) over 18 years ago, in 2001.
At the time, lead abatement was becoming a significant and very important issue. Jack wanted to help his customers and bring his knowledge of lead and its effects to his customers. Jack Young was a licensed lead paint inspector for many years. Prior to that, he was a highly renowned contractor and developer, building several homes and developments in Central Massachusetts.

First of all, response time IS important.
Sean answered my message within a half an hour. I asked a couple of questions, as did he. We then agreed upon a price and s time. He and his men were here exactly when he said. They completed the job, were professional and conscientious the entire time. I would highly recommend Ames & Young!!!

I am a property manager and hired Sean to do a small deleading job in Natick. Because it was a "small job" a few other companies price-gouged me or told me they wouldn't do it. Sean was honest and provided an extremely detailed quote. He followed the proper protocol and filed notice with the state, as is legally required for deleading work in MA. I also asked if he would send me a picture of the work once he was done to save me a trip to the property, and he promptly followed up with a photo.
It was a small and simple job, but the price was fair and Sean was able to perform
