I hired CBS to install a 4 kW array in late 2019 with the need to meet the deadline to get the federal tax credit. The designers went out of their way to create an non-standard array, the office crew were always helpful, attentive, and prompt as could be, all during a rush to complete other jobs. The install crew were very efficient, especially as it was December, respected my wishes as to how and where I wanted underground wiring run, and they helped me setup a monitoring device to track my production on my own. Im at the beginning of the process, i called the team , they set up a time to come to my house., they showed me a solar system , costs, ROI, they do a very professional job . I havent done any installs but so far so good.

I contacted CBS to have them put in a solar system. Tyler even drove to our property so he could work up a quote. He later asked for pictures of our batteries. After that, we never heard from him again . I texted him several times and he never responded. Never received any quote. If he did not want the job, it would have been courteous to let us know. We went with Solar Wind & Sun from Flagstaff AZ. They were very professional, Always available to answer questions. Reasonably price. I had an 8 panel system installed. The guys where great and I have a quality system, but then one panal went black, called numerous tines. They finally said they where going to come out and fix. STILL HAS NOT HAPPENED. The panel went out in january!!!!!!! Just saying..........

CBS Solar is fabulous! We wanted to get solar but didn't have a lot of money to devote to the project. Kaleb and I chatted, and he invited me out to see an install that they had done. I asked about doing a partial system and adding on over time, and CBS was able to do it for us four panels at a time. Our first four are up, and we LOVE them! There is a really amazing feeling of looking up at the sun and knowing that it is helping to power your home. We had a big windstorm two nights ago, and the panels stayed right where they were supposed to (but all my plants blew over!). And we're already starting
