High Plains Gymnastics LLC is a locally owned and run business in Fort Morgan. Dusty and Keri Quick co-own, manage, and coach at the academy. HPG provides gymnastics training to girls starting at the age of 2 years. Along with a Sports Development program offered for boys starting at the age of 3 years old.
Classes at HPG are designed to allow gymnasts to explore and advance within the sport of gymnastics. Gymnasts are provided with opportunities to enhance coordination, social skill, and to accelerate in the sport of gymnastics. The competitive levels at HPG compete through the United States Association Independent Gymnastics Clubs (USAIGC) Gymnastics League.

Classes

High Plains Gymnastics Academy offers a wide array of classes for children as young as toddlers and up through the age of 18. Classes begin with the parent involved and progress up to classes designed to develop and train successful competitive gymnasts. A 2-hour open gym is offered two Saturdays per session to all active members of HPGA ages 5 and over.
Preschool

We strive to provide our preschoolers with a safe and fun environment to develop skills. Our 45-minute classes are designed to develop and improve motor skills, hand/eye coordination, strength, flexibility, balance, self-confidence, overall coordination, and social skills. Classes are split by gender and available to children ages 3-5.
Recreation

Recreation classes are available for children ages 5-13. New gymnasts with prior experience will be evaluated to determine the class level most appropriate for them. Level 1 is a great place to start for kindergarteners through 13 year-olds! In this level, gymnasts will be introduced to all four events and taught basic tumbling and gymnastics skills.
Competition
Report
High Plains Gymnastics Academy offers competitive team opportunities for girls ages 7-18. Competition gymnastics is for gymnasts who have a passion for the sport and are willing to train at an intense level. Gymnasts need to attend classes for 3 or more hours per week and will need to be able to work independently and under strict guidelines of the coaches.
