Eagle Communications was originally founded in 2004 as an IT Project Management Company for trade show displays and streaming video applications. Serving customers such as GM, Ford, Damiler Chrysler, Mercedes, Jaguar, Land Rover, Northwest Airlines, to name a few. It wasn't until 2010 that Ron Young realized the need for small businesses to be fairly represented in this massive offset of services.

Starting out as a communications consultant Ron worked his way up in the company from to managing an outside sales staff of 20 people within eight months. Simultaneously, he was managing a sub agent program for mobile services.
