Services
Home Energy Audit
Our comprehensive energy audit identifies efficiency opportunities through visual inspection and diagnostic testing. Using blower door tests and infrared cameras, we pinpoint air leaks and insulation gaps. The audit includes a detailed report with prioritized recommendations and rebate eligibility information.
Attic Insulation
We install high-performance attic insulation to R-49 standards while sealing air leaks. Our process addresses common problem areas like recessed lighting and duct penetrations. This upgrade reduces temperature extremes and lowers energy consumption by creating an effective thermal barrier.
Aeroseal Duct Sealing
This innovative technology seals HVAC duct leaks from inside without demolition. The aerosolized sealant targets gaps in hard-to-reach areas, improving airflow efficiency and indoor air quality. The process typically completes in 2-3 hours with immediate performance verification.
Crawlspace Insulation
We seal and insulate crawlspace walls using closed-cell spray foam to control moisture and temperature. The process includes installing reinforced vapor barriers and addressing radon concerns. This upgrade improves first-floor comfort and reduces humidity-related issues.
HVAC Upgrades
We install high-efficiency Bryant HVAC systems after evaluating your home's insulation and ductwork. Our whole-home approach often allows smaller, more efficient units when combined with other upgrades. All installations include performance testing and extended warranty options.

phase 1 of my project has been completed and they arrived on time, clean up after the work is done. It was not like they had made a mess to start with. Explained what they were doing each day and did exactly that. This is a Great Experience!

I was impressed by the knowledge of the representative (Nolan Walker), who came to our home and conducted a Home Energy Audit in participation of Maryland's Home Performance with Energy Star program. Nolan was not only knowledgeable, but he thoroughly explained the process as well as next steps. He also did an excellent job of explaining our home's current weaknesses and strengths as regards insulation.

My applause and gratitude to "Atlas Home Energy Solutions". Each step in my interactions with Atlas to make my home more energy efficient has been truly first-rate. This has included the (i) initial assessment of my home, (ii) interactions to understand what I need and set up dates for work, (iii) specialty projects to duct a central exhaust fan and associated work, and (iv) sealing and insulation in my attic areas, basement areas, and overhanging areas of my home. The Atlas personnel arriving at my home have been prompt, professional, polite, knowledgable - and each have performed superb jobs

Atlas is a fantastic company. I reached out to several companies for a quote on attic insulation. They were the only company to recommend a home energy audit so I could get a BGE rebate on the work I was going to have done anyway. The workers were prompt and took the time to explain everything. Well definitely use them in the future and Ive recommended hem to all my family in the area!
