I had a strong odor of mold in my house, and was told by a couple of contractors that I needed very expensive remediation in my crawlspace. I was impressed by Reclaim's experience and reviews, and called them for another opinion. Zach came out to take a look, and found that my crawlspace was fine, and the smell was probably coming from my front-loading washer. Instead of trying to sell me something I didn't need, he spent considerable time educating me about mold, and really set my mind at ease. He was very knowledgable, and gave me lots of good information. I really appreciate his professionalism

The owner, Zach, came out ASAP for two different courtesy inspections, and helped us navigate repair options without expectation of contracting with his company. He was up front about what needed to be done without selling us gimmicks, and gave lots of good information about mold and keeping my family safe. We were so impressed, we hired his company for work in our kitchen after a water valve leaked. Hes very thorough in explaining the work done, and was able to offer assistance when our insurance adjuster needed information for our claim. His team is quick and professional - we felt our home
