To get started, please book an Introductory Session so we can get to know you better. I had taken a few group classes before but with minimal instruction. I appreciated each instructor's individual attention and an in-depth explanation of moves and the overall approach. They have incredible energy, empathy, and professional expertise!

Pilates is an exercise system that engages the mind and body together to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and improve overall health. Classes focus on core strength, proper alignment, and efficient movement patterns. Using resistance from springs, the Pilates equipment can be used to isolate certain muscles / muscle groups, or challenge the whole body at once.
For Rates and Sessions

Wear clothes that you feel comfortable moving in, such as leggings, sweatpants, yoga pants, t-shirt, tank top, etc. Fancy athletic wear is not required. If you wear shorts, it is a good idea to wear biker shorts underneath to prevent exposure during movements such as straddle stretches. Shoes are not worn during Pilates classes, but we do request that you wear socks.
