Mark Edward Godbey is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio and owner of Mark Godbey & Associates. Our law firm is a full service, general practice firm, serving clients in Southwestern Ohio and Northern Kentucky. Our five attorneys have over 70 years of combined experience. Lee Mercer was born in Virginia and raised in the Stanford, Kentucky area. Although a proud native of the Commonwealth, he quickly fell in love with the Greater Cincinnati Area while attending Northern Kentucky University. Lee's interest in the law as a career sprouted from his participation in the Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity.

Arthur M. Richard III (Arthur) was raised in the Cincinnati area, attending Walnut Hills H. and then graduating from Cincinnati Country Day School. Arthur received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan. Before pursuing his legal education, Arthur worked in Marketing for H. Wolf & Sons.
