Fairchild Medical Center offers two clinic locations in Siskiyou County to meet the health care needs of our rural community. Fairchild Medical Center is located in Yreka, across from the hospital. Scott Valley Rural Health Clinic is located in Etna. At Fairchild Medical Clinic in Yreka, we offer a variety of Primary Care services as well as Specialty Clinics to meet your health care needs.

At Fairchild Medical Center we offer a wide range of health care services to our rural community. Making access to quality health care is at the heart of our mission and we've been honored to serve Northern Siskiyou County for more than 20 years. Fairchild Medical Clinic offers primary care and specialty clinic care across the street from the hospital.

Dr. Dan Bullock is an Orthopedic Surgeon in the Fairchild Medical Center Orthopedic Clinic. Dr. Fred Eastman is an Orthopedic Surgeon in the Fairchild Medical Center Orthopedic Clinic. Chad Palmer is a Physician Assistant that relocated from Northeast Florida in 2013.

He received his Bachelor's in Athletic Training from the University of North Florida in 2005 then went on to get his Master's in Athletic Training from the University of Florida in 2007.Chad practiced Athletic Training for six years before returning to school to become a PA. He graduated with honors from Nova Southeastern University's PA Program.

Fairchild Medical Center provides free access to patient portals for our hospital and clinic patients. Patient portals contain lab records, health information and other patient specific information. At FMC we have two unique patient portals. One for the hospital and one for our clinics. You will need to login to the correct portal to view your information and records based on where you were treated.
