Just wanted to give a take on my experience of having a procedure done by Dr. DeRouchey and his team a couple of days ago. I am new to the area and this was my first time in Fairchild Medical for and operation. I was very pleased with the way I was treated by the Nurses, Technicians and the rest his team. They made me feel comfortable while was in their hands and was well taken care of. Dr. DeRouchey spent a good amount of time with me before the procedure explaining what they were going to do and answered all my questions and after the procedure he came to bed side and explained the results as

Excessive wait time with an appointment and PPO coverage. 2 hours post appointment time and Im still waiting to be seen. Its no wonder this hospital has such a low review score, they simply do not care about a persons time wasted in a waiting room. Why do they even bother to set appointments?

Terrible clinic . Everyone hates there job working we went into the ER and they ran a ultrasound. The lady who did the ultrasound was extremely rude . Would not let my wife get dressed and opened the door before she could even get her underwear on . Extremely disrespectful wouldn't recommend going here even in a emergency

My best friend has severe eosinophilic asthma. She came to this hospital during one of her prolonged asthma attacks. She was there for 5 hours and never received a breathing a treatment. These doctors and nurses and extremely negligent. I have heard horror stories from friends and family about this hospital. You are not safe under their care. I cannot believe that this place is still open. Their needs to be an investigation of this hospital and its staff immediately.

Would rather die trying to make it to Mt Shatsa then to come here with and emergancy...they have killed multiple of my family members. Trust me if you love someone don't bring them here (not even for something minor) if I could give zero stars I would!!

My child had a bleeding nose for 4 days and finally, I decided to take her to the ER to get it checked. We waited in the lobby room for 3 hours and 3 people came after us were called to go back and got seen. After I asked Devon (the person who checked us in 3 hours before) why is it taking them so long just to call us back. He then told me that we are not prioritized because my child doesn't look like she needs medical attention and that they are very busy and there are no rooms open. So basically we came in to waste our time. Worst hospital ever.
