Services
Direct Access Physical Therapy
Our direct access program allows immediate physical therapy consultation without physician referral. Patients receive comprehensive evaluations followed by personalized treatment plans incorporating manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional restoration techniques. This approach reduces treatment duration by 38% compared to traditional referral methods while maintaining communication with primary care providers.
Musculoskeletal Assessment
This 1,000+ data point assessment identifies injury risk factors through medical history review and physical measurements. Certified specialists analyze posture, range of motion, and muscle strength to create personalized prevention strategies. The assessment helps reduce workplace injuries and improves long-term musculoskeletal health outcomes through targeted interventions.
Trigger Point Dry Needling
Certified therapists use thin filament needles to target muscle trigger points causing chronic pain. The treatment elicits local twitch responses that release tension and improve circulation. This Western medicine approach differs from acupuncture and effectively treats neck/back pain, headaches, and sports-related muscle injuries resistant to conventional therapies.
Plantar Fasciitis Therapy
Specialized protocols address heel and arch pain through manual therapy, stretching exercises, and gait analysis. Treatment combines soft tissue mobilization with biomechanical correction to reduce inflammation and restore normal foot function. Patients receive footwear recommendations and home exercise programs to prevent recurrence.
Post-Surgical Rehabilitation
Individualized recovery plans restore mobility and strength after orthopedic procedures. Certified specialists monitor healing progress while implementing progressive exercise programs. Treatment integrates pain management techniques with functional training to accelerate return to daily activities and sports-specific performance.

I chose Progressive Physical Therapy for my PT after total knee replacement. I couldn't be more pleased. I had heard lots of terror stories about how painful PT was (and at times, the hard work was painful), but Jennifer explained each exercise completely and demonstrated well. She always had her eye on me (even caught me when I was trying to cheat! hehe). My knee is strong now and she taught me physical skills that I thought I couldn't accomplish. After working with Jennifer, I realized that sometimes you can't do something because you just don't know how to try. She taught me how and I am more

My experience here has been great. The staff is very kind and educational. Jennifer took her time and explain all exercises to me and what muscle groups that exercise is focused on and how it will help towards my recovery. If you need therapy this is the place to go. I personally thank her for her dedication. Very informative.
