Our office is in network with CHP, Medicare Part B and United Health Care (Commercial Plans Only). However, we will gladly accept patients with out of network insurances. We are not able to file insurance claims for out of network insurances, if the patient would like to file an insurance claim themself our office can provide the necessary information.
