In the quickly changing landscape of South Florida law firms, Kramer, Green, Zuckerman, Greene & Buchsbaum, P.A. has remained a constant. Founded in 1983 by Robert M. Kramer and Leslie H. Zuckerman, the firm's principals continue to be a powerful force in the legal community whose success and longevity are based on mutual respect for their clients, each other, and a shared passion for the law.

As friends in the Tax Law Program at the University of Miami Law School, Bob and Les served as attorneys for the Internal Revenue Service in Washington, D.C. They founded the firm with a specialty in tax, pension planning, estate planning and business transactions. In 1994, Mitchell F. Green, an attorney with experience in health law and commercial transactions, as well as a certified public accountant, joined the firm.

Ryan E. Michaels

Ryan E. Michaels is an associate in the office of Kramer, Green, Zuckerman, Greene & Buchsbaum, P.A. Mr. Michaels earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami after obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida. While in law school, Mr. Michaels completed a judicial internship with the Eleventh Judicial Circuit.
Anne E. Bittner

Anne Bittner is an associate in the office of Kramer, Green, Zuckerman, Greene & Buchsbaum, P.A. Ms. Bittner earned her Juris Doctor degree from Western New England Law in 2007, after obtaining her Bachelor of Arts degree in business and economics from the State University of New York at Albany.

Ms. Bittner previously served as the Director of Investigations at a boutique litigation firm with offices in New York City and Dallas, where she planned and led large-scale investigations for clients including several large national and multi-national corporations.Ms. Bittner also has 10 years of experience conducting special investigations for the Federal Government and previously owned and operated her own private investigation agency.
