Arnold Property Inspections opened its doors and began operating in Central Texas in 2003. At the time, our Founder, Todd Arnold, believed that in the inspection profession there was a lack of client service and a need for the education of property buyers, about their purchases and investments that were not being met in Central Texas.

Our written reports contain detailed descriptions of all major systems, deficiencies, and system-specific maintenance with digital photo accompaniment. We are often asked for referrals from local service providers to complete repairs on our client's properties. We do not guarantee any of these companies' services, we refer to them because we are familiar with their work, they have operated in the Central Texas community for at least five years and we have seen a consistency in their work that is considered good or better quality.
