Workers Comp
Report
You have always gone the extra mile for your Employer, and stayed late whenever he asked. After several good years, you have worked your way up through the ranks and can see a bright future ahead. Then it happens, you get hurt on the job. Then they need to take a statement. And the Employer starts asking you about pre-existing conditions.it is an all too common story in Georgia.
Auto Accidents
Report
Georgia's roads are more dangerous than ever before, as distracted driving is at an all-time high. When you or a loved one are injured due to the negligence or carelessness of someone behind the wheel, don't try to deal with the insurance company on your own. Evidence will go missing or be destroyed.
Serious Traffic Offenses
Report
Turning 16 and getting a license in Georgia used to be a rite of passage. Now it is more like running the gauntlet. Until you turn 21, you can lose your driver's license for just one bad decision. Whether it is speeding on the way home to make curfew, or driving past curfew, the ways to lose your license are endless.
Dui
Report
Georgia has some of the stiffest penalties in the United States when it comes to drinking and driving. It seems like every week-end there is another road block on a South Georgia road, or the Governor's Office of Highway Safety is launching another campaign to arrest as many people as possible. The truth is, it has never been against the law to drink and drive in Georgia.
