He provides vision and direction for the on-site team ensuring overall operational efficiency and maintaining the exceptional level of service our owners and guests have come to. After finishing his studies in Morelia, Mexico in 1992, he moved to Chelan where he met his wife, Linda. Check-in for homes is at the Lookout Cottage Rentals office located in the clubhouse next to the pool. Check-in time begins at 4 p.m. (During busy seasons, the property may not be available until 6:00 p.m.) Yes, a one-time cleaning fee is charged for each guest stay. The amount of this fee is based on the bedrooms, baths and overall size of the accommodation you select.
