We are proudly led by one of the nation's only predominantly female coaching staffs at a time when only 27% of youth sports coaches are women. We continually host ground-breaking women-only USSF licensing courses for our former collegiate all-stars and experienced staff. We are proud to have attracted amazing vision- and culturally aligned leaders who are passionate about our mission.
FIERCE Coaching Cohorts have leadership experience not only as collegiate and professional soccer players, but as business professionals that inspire our girls to do great things off the pitch as well. FIERCE Cohorts will impact the lives of 200 remarkable young ladies. We put each group through a culture-building, on-boarding process that includes book groups, extensive shadowing, and activities such as StrengthsFinder.
