E & J have been my go to Auto Repair Shop for my Honda Accord, Toyota Avalon and now my Toyota RAV4. John and his team there are very professional and friendly. They are honest and will tell you what repairs need to be done to your car and they will recommend future repairs as needed. I highly recommend E & J Auto.

My AC wasn't working, and my tire maintenance light was on. John who was at the front desk was very respectful and friendly. About two hours later I received a text as well as an e-mail with all the details about my car inspection, and what was wrong. Included were pictures and names of the men working on my car. I was very impressed. I spoke on the phone with them immediately after and everything was broken down, and clearly explained to me. I was given an estimate and time frame which were both spot on. The service was timely, and my vehicle was back in shape in no time. It wasn't overpriced

Brought in my Chevy cruze because i was hearing a noise coming from the tires every time i would start driving. I had just recently replaced brakes and rotors a couple days ago. I told them that i had just replaced them. So they (person in the front. Forgot his name) checked them out and gave me a call that the inspection was done. When i get there. He starts telling me that he and the mechanics think that the other mechanic put on cheap material. So they recommended me to get new brakes with them. Which i did and they were not cheap. Replaced them and the noise is still there. I brought it back

I asked to replace the transmission fluid with a filter and gasket. I repeated several times that it is necessary to remove the AT pan and replace the filter. In the end, they did nothing as I asked. When I did ATF flush next time, the gasket was like a plastic, so nobody even touch the pan many years.

This place is a scam. In the business of ripping people off to an astronomical degree. Just got quoted 900$ for a brake replacement. Took elsewhere who quoted 500$. Find somewhere else. Anywhere else.

I will never bring my car to this place ever again. I am extremely offended at how they tried to take advantage of us. Brought in my car to get my back brakes fixed. I informed them that I already had breaks, just needed them installed and they said they would take a look and see what they could do. They called back and said they could not use the new brakes we had becuse they were strictly front brakes, not back brakes. That didn't sound right to us, considering we recently purchased a brand new kit including a new set of breaks for both the front and back. We previously had a separate mechanic

I love these guys. My car is probably older than a lot of their customers, but every time I need to bring it there they treat it like it was a brand new luxury car. Check engine light was on some time ago before I had to go for emissions and they fixed it up for a reasonable price (attempts at other places failed).
I was due for an oil change and the check engine light came back on. Track Auto said it was an O2 sensor. I brought it in to change the oil and they told me the sensor was under warranty from the last repair and fixed it for no charge...that's integrity! They could have just charged

Two visits: first visit the owner is there, super nice and helpful. Second visit, owner not there, smug poor service, was told an hour and a half wait when I had made an appointment, because I was 8 minutes late. This was the first appointment in the morning so there is no way it would be booked that long. They did nothing to try to get me to stay or re schedule, they would rather not be busy I guess.

Terrible customer service. I stopped by earlier in the week needing an oil change and was advised that it would be best to make an appointment, which I did. I got a call the morning of the appointment asking to reschedule for the following day, it was inconvenient but I agreed. I dropped my car off 20 minutes before the appointment time and was told that they'd call me when it was ready. Two hours and twenty minutes after the appointment time I called to make sure it was ready before walking back, because surely an oil change doesn't take two hours plus? Have been very disappointed since new ownership- used to be such a reliable and trustworthy neighborhood auto shop. Got a quote today that was 15% ABOVE dealer repair price, then was told I could get the dealer price when confronted with this. I expect the best price, the honest price, the first time! And that's not the first disappointing experience my family has had- miss the old owners!!!!
