While in the process of paying off a vehicle, we dealt with Kimberly. I understand everyone has a job to do, but there is a way to treat people and a way not too. We spoke to her several times on the phone, before coming into the bank. She acted as if she was 10 feet tall and bullet proof, was very belittling, and acted as if it was a bother when we had questions about the process. Not demonstrating the values of Nucor. Working in the community and a job with people person skills are not for everyone, and thats okay, but maybe thats something she should have took into consideration before

Its smaller bannk, and its like they know you by name...it has that good old time feel...like your a person and not just a number!
