Pleasantly Pampered does great work, has an exceptional staff and has affordable prices! My dog is very anxious, especially when it comes to getting her nails trimmed. The groomers at Pleasantly Pampered recognize that and dont rush my dog into a situation she would not like. My dog often doesnt make it past the front desk because shes nervous so the professionals come out to her and trim her nails. The staff is very accommodating when it comes to my dogs nervousness and I am thankful for that. I am not sure how they keep their records, but they always know that my dog likes her nails

I brought my two Chihuahuas in for a nail trim. I requested the nails be cut short, the opposite was done. The nails were barely cut, except for my male Chihuahua where his inside/thumb nail was ripped completely off. When I contacted them, sent a picture, they denied all responsibility and said everything was on camera. When i requested video footage they completely ignored my request. When I asked for a refund, ignored again. I have been to numerous nail trims all over New England and this is the worst experience I have ever had. They were rude and dismissive when I contacted them. My male dog

I take my dog Remi here for to get his nails clipped. He absolutely hates it but the staff are so wonderful with him. They take it slow, they are patient, and I they try to make it as least stressful as possible. I am so glad I found this place. I highly recommend them for any grooming service!

I have a long haired cat, Echo. She was abandoned and is very skittish around anyone but my husband and I. Took her for a hair cut and a bath. Not only did she look amazing but she was calm and relaxed when I picked her up!!!! Will definitely be back!
