North Georgia's hidden gem is a public golf course located 5 miles north of Ellijay, Georgia; just 1 1/2 hours north of Atlanta. The golf course itself is a reflection of the mountains which surround it. The 8 acre Whitepath Lake and the Ellijay River highlight several other creeks and ponds spread out along the course.
Designed by Rocky Roquemore and Joe Lee, the course is challenging to the low handicap golfer, yet friendly to those with higher handicaps. Whitepath Golf Club is truly a golf enthusiast's dream. Beautiful rolling terrain and long range views of the surrounding Blue Ridge Mountains and the Cohutta Wilderness make this course one of the most enjoyable and picturesque golf courses in North Georgia.

Par 4. 357 yards. Handicap 12. High risk, high reward, best to leave your driver in the bag and lay up with a fairway wood of iron. The green slopes from back to front so keep the ball short of the pin. Par 5. 526 yards. Handicap 6. Use your driver off the elevated tee and carry it over the left fairway bunker to reach the green in two.
