Never chance buying tile, or any product for that matter, from them. My husband and I own a tile installation business and our tile was sent over 1,000 miles away to a coastal city in the United States when we live in Kansas. It took over a week to even get rustico tile to even acknowledge us and our pleas for help locating the tile. We had to locate the tile ourselves and track it down. Apparently they were on thanksgiving break and couldn't help us out so our business has now lost our on thousands of dollars waiting for their mistake they will not even talk to us about. Rustico tile is everything a person undergoing a kitchen remodel could ask for. They are professional, responsive and very knowledgeable about their product. I received my manganese tile and it is a beautiful product. Overall, an extremely well run company with an excellent staff. I highly recommend doing business with them.

The floor is spectacular. I have used Spanish machine made terracotta tiles before in my house in England. I like them and they are easy to maintain. But the Mexican handmade tiles are so beautiful. They have such a variety of rich colors and they catch the light and fill the room with warmth. I am a happy customer.

Excellent product and experience with Rustico Tile & Stone. We went with the Riviera pattern with the Antique finish and it came out fantastic. This was a DIY project and they were very helpful with all my questions. If you are looking for truly unique handmade tiles then I would highly recommend checking Rustico out.

This was a wonderful company to work with and choosing them to source the tile for our renovation was the best decision we made throughout the course of the entire project. Phenomenal customer service, excellent product, no issues with shipping over 600+ miles to our home. They were fast, diligent and courteous, and even followed up long after the tile had been installed to make sure I was still enjoying my purchase. 10/10 stars!!!
