We made a mistake signing up for their drawing at the Home show in Green Bay For free window. They called to verify information and tried to set up an appointment. We Advised them we were not interested at this point as we are not ready to start this project. They called again and on 3 calls we told them you already called us and we told you we are not interested. They Continued to call us every day for a few weeks leaving messages To call them back, Until we finally had to block their number. They would not leave us alone. If they are this pushy now there's no way we'd have them come

Anissa Trefren was very informative and knowledgeable explaining from replacing, installing windows in our home. She made the process very easy and hassle free. She sold us on purchasing AHT windows when she demonstrated the heat shield and how well the new windows will keep the outside elements from entering in the the house. She did a great job in demonstrating the quality of the products used in the manufacturing of the windows.

We made a deposit over over $1000, yet when it came to install, we were told we would not get nearly what the sales person told us we would get. So now we are out our deposit and AHT has been less then professional, if your looking for windows, look elsewhere.

TL:DR When they offer the "free" quote please keep in mind they will give a 2-3 hour presentation trying to get you to buy that very same day. They will try to strong arm you and are very pushy. They will not be friendly once they realize you are not going to buy anything immediately. Stay away! It started when entering their sweepstakes for free windows. They called me to "confirm" my personal information and asked ME when I wanted to do my free quote. I have done quotes before on windows, doors, and other things so I said sure as I am planning on replacing my windows about
